This Stress Resilience Recovery Program is designed to boost recovery and strengthen your nervous and immune systems, helping you build resilience against everyday stressors. Through a series of carefully structured stations, each visit provides you with a comprehensive approach to reduce stress and inflammation while enhancing mental clarity. Our program is available as a membership, offering flexible options of 1-3 sessions per month, based on your needs and goals.

Station 1: Preparation

Begin with a grounding experience on a far-infrared mat, which reduces inflammation while promoting relaxation. A short, mindful yoga routine primes your body, followed by a 3-5 minute session with the Muse Headset to bring you into the present moment and prepare your mind for relaxation.

Station 2: Balancing the Nervous System

Experience heart-coherence training using the HeartMath Institute's EmWave system while staying on the far-infrared mat. This station helps balance your nervous system by guiding you into heart-coherent states, which supports emotional regulation and fosters a sense of calm.

Station 3: Deep Rest and Integration

A 20-minute power nap awaits you on a Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) device, combined with the Braintap Headset for a tailored hypnotic audio session. The track is chosen based on your unique stressors and concerns, promoting deep relaxation and recovery.
